1. Eligibility Criteria for Return/Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and documentation must be intact.
- Products must be returned in a resalable condition, free from scratches, stains, or damage.
✅ Example: If you ordered a set of custom-fit leather car seat covers but received the wrong color or model, you are eligible for a free exchange or refund, provided the covers are unused and repackaged correctly.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, customization, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or made-to-order seat covers
- Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Used car accessories (e.g., installed LED lights, air purifiers, steering covers with visible use)
- Items damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange process:

Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery:
- Provide the following:
- Your order number
- Details of the item(s)
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos if the product is defective or incorrect
- We will review your request and provide:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return instructions and shipping address
4. Return Packaging & Shipping
- Items must be securely packed in their original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage in transit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless:
- The item delivered was incorrect
- The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
5. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your returned items:
- Our Quality Control team will inspect them within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, we will process:
- A replacement item shipment OR
- A refund/store credit, depending on your preference
Refunds are typically processed within 13–15 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
6. Refund & Exchange Details

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Any discounts or promotional offers used on the original order will be adjusted or voided on the refund.
- If refunding through certain payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Paymob), a 5% processing fee may apply—unless the refund is requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Store credit, once issued, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Special Circumstances
For damaged, incorrect, or defective items:
- Please report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Include photographs of the item and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will issue a free replacement or refund, including return shipping coverage.
8. Refusal of Return
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if:
- Items do not meet the eligibility criteria
- Items are returned used, damaged, or without original packaging
- Items were returned without prior authorization (RMA)
